We're excited to feature the Harrar Longberry from Ethiopia. This elusive variety is difficult to grow, demanding exceptional care and sometimes yielding half the harvest of other varieties. The result is a rich, unparalleled flavour that only challenging conditions can produce.

These are naturally processed beans, resulting in a more rounded flavour profile with stunning fruit notes and hints of sweetness not found in other processing methods.

Ethiopian coffee has a rich heritage and this heirloom variety is one of the oldest coffees still produced commercially.
